Soundbooth is an audio editing software, it allow you to add sound effects and cleanup the audio. It will allow you to create sounds by using multiple clips and mixing them together. It's like photoshop for sounds. A podcast is just the audio file to be downloaded and played later. It would be saved to your computer. It takes your audio clips and lets you arrange the audio clips to create a finalized audio clip.
My story was about a teenager was going to school, having his headphones on full volume gets robbed. The robber pulls out a gun, and shoots the kid. The robber runs quickly towards the exit. Then you hear Police cars, ambulances, and a helicopter passes next the exit of the train station. The problems I had with Soundbooth was, I didn't know if the online sound system had the sounds I was looking for. For example, I was looking for a Heart Rate
Monitor, and I couldn't find one, tried to look for alternatives, and nothing. I found one on soundbible.com though.
The final audio story came out good, better then I thought. The thing I liked was how I did the train scene and the heart rate monitor. But it kinda gets annoying. Both those scenes made my sound story good or okay. The scene that may need work is, the scene when the robber hits and then after shoot the teen. I wanted to be more explicit, but couldn't find good enough audio clips, and was also running out of time.
I think people that are going to listen to this audio story would be able to figure out your story, because it's kinda obvious, you hear a train, people, foot prints, yelling, gun cocking, gun shot, running, dead body drop, ambulances, police sirens, helicopter, and a heart rate monitor, and the death beep. I think the only sound they might find difficult to understand is the scene when he was walking out of the train, and walking on the train station, other then that I don't think so.

Reflection #3
I chose Steve Jobs, to be honest I didn't know who else to do. And he just died. So I just chose him. And before in another project I did Steve Jobs. Inside the image I had to do Steve Jobs (himself). And put Apple products in him.
My mask/selection make the silhouette worked in this project. Because the cut outs were close and clean. And if you turn the layer on and off repeated, it looked similar to each other. I didn't get to that part but, I would have put like IPOD, APPLE or something like that around Steve Jobs.
What did work in this project was the cut out of Steve Jobs and replacing it with APPLE products and a crisp cut out. White background. What didn't work out was my timing in the product, didn't get to finish the part were you needed to put words around the subject. If I had time, I would have done a better job. Lol.

Reflection #4 - Photoshop
1) What are some differences between the vector tools and the brushes?
Shapes or Paths
Vectors are lines and curves that you draw using the shape or pen tools. Vector shapes are resolution-independent—they maintain crisp edges when re-sized.
Brush or Painting
The power of painting in Photoshop is in the options that you can set to specify how a tool applies or modifies color. You can apply color gradually, with soft edges, with large brush strokes, with various brush dynamics, with different blending properties, and with brushes of different shapes. You can simulate spraying paint with an airbrush.
2) Which tools did you use to re-create your drawing?
I used vectors to recreate my drawing. And added FX to the layers.
3) Which seemed to be more effect for you - brushes or shapes?
I like brushes better, because I like to draw, and I can get more detail with a brush then with only shapes.
4) What was most difficult about working with vector images?
Since I drew my image, re-creating the image using only vectors was harder then actually drawing it, to be honest. Because in my drawing I had more detail then when I did the vector-ized image, because of the detail, was hard to replace with only shapes.
5) Comparing the two pictures, what was the strengths of each as in individual picture, and how did they work together to make your final image?
I like the image I drew better then the vector-ized image.

Reflection Journal #1
In the video Tony vs. Paul, writing the story board took a lot of time. Write everything that happens in a 5:02 length video, does take a lot of time and effort. All the camera angles. If I would have named the camera angles I could of got a higher grade in this. I think seeing the video was easier to make a storyboard then to not seeing it.
I did the pictures first in the storyboard. Then put them in order. After, adding what was happening in the pictures. I forgot to list the camera angles. But overall my storyboard wasn't the worst. It was very detailed and it's accurate to the video. Put all the scenes, labeled. It was a lot of work, had about 60 different pictures for all the scenes.
The strengths I have in this project was the scenes, location, and the pictures. The things I need to learn upon is the camera angles. Needed to include that in the storyboard. The questions that I only have is about the camera angles (Needed a little help with that) and why they put that annoying music. It got stuck in my head for 2 whole days! >_<'

Why Notes are Important.
Taking notes is a great way of helping you identify important knowledge in class. Even if you have a great memory, you won't be able to remember everything that the teacher says, unless you have a written record for your references.
Important information has a way of appearing in ways in quizzes, in-class writing assignments, essay assignments, and other testing situations. Even if the notes don't reappear in a testing situation, you may be asked to answer from the knowledge you gained from the teachings from a future in-class discussion.
It's just a good idea to have a record of what you've covered so far in the class. You're probably scheduled to sit in the class for at least an hour, and the teacher will probably take full advantage of the time. Listen carefully. Take careful note of what the teacher says. Don't let yourself zone out. You may be missing out on information that you're going to need for a future test or literature paper.
